Partial Privatization - Nigeria Farmers To Hold 40 Percent Of Shares In BOA

Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development  dailysun publication notice to farmers. According to FMARD in the restructuring, partial privatization of the Bank of Agriculture, Farmers will be allow to hold 40% of shares.

Notice from FMARD to Farmers

This is to inform all existing and intending Nigerian Farmers that mr President has ordered the reform of the Bank of Agriculture (BOA) under the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE). The exercise is far advanced. The partial privatization will allow fanners to hold at least 40% shares of the Bank.

This is. therefore, to encouraged all  farmers and those are interested in agriculture to prepare to buy shares in the bank of agriculture when the share are presented for offer. Our target is N250 billion.
