NJFP Releases full list of 20,000 shortlisted fellows - Check Now

The NJFP Management is pleased to share the full list of the 20,000 shortlisted candidates for the NJFP. The list provides the pool from which Fellows are being matched from and onboarded to host organisations.

The process of filtering through the applications was undertaken independently by the recruitment firm, Jobberman who did the review of the applications, verifications of documents and long listing of applicants.

The process that lead to the final shortlisting of 20,000 by Jobberman included the following:

1. Review of the applications, including verification of documents and long listing of applicants to generate the long list of those that met the minimum requirements.

2. Administering of key assessments: A total 118,600 met the minimum requirements including meeting all the submission instructions. The assessments included:

a. Cognitive Tests administered to test candidates

b. quantitative and verbal reasoning.

According to NJFP Management, Onlv 89.000 took the coanitive assessments. Soft skills assessments and training to gauge candidates soft skills level and up-skill them with same

3. Ranking: Based on performance, candidates were ranked into 4 categories:

a. Beginner

b. Intermediate

c. Experienced and

d. Proficient

Best performing 20,000 applicants were selected across the 4 categories giving consideration to gender parity national spread. 10,000 male and 10,000 female were selected across 36 states and FCT. Please see below uploaded document with names.

  1. The PDF is not downloading. Why?

    1. It’s a 16MB+ pdf, some browsers will attempt rendering it and give up when you runs out of RAM.
      Try “save as” from PC or chrome on android/iOS before it gives up loading.

  2. I saw my name on the list. How do I know where I was posted where to work and how will the money allowance be paid
