Documents Required

The first documents are as follows:

• Passport
• WAEC/ NECO/GCE/NAPTEB
• First school leaving certificate that is primary school certificate
• Higher educational certificate
• States of origin certificate
• Medical fitness certificate
• Nysc certificate
• NIN Slip

The portal is now working. If you experience any error while filling any section of the online form, refresh the page and let it load again.

You will be required to sign up on the portal, after a successful sign-up, you will be required to login and stay filling the application form which requires you to fill in your Personal Information, Physical Attributes, Document Upload, and Review.

1. Chief Superintendent of Quarantine Cadre (CSQ) - CONMESS 2 / CONRAISS 10 (VET Doctors)

2. Superintendent of Quarantine Cadre (SQ) - CONRAISS 09

3. Deputy Superintendent of Quarantine (DSQ) - CONRAISS 08 (law)

4. Deputy Superintendent of Quarantine (DSQ) —CONRAISS 08 (Masters)

5. Assistant Superintendent of Quarantine II (ASQ II) - CONRAISS 07 (HND/BSC)

6. Inspector of Quarantine (QI) - CONRAISS 06 (NCE)

7. Inspector of Quarantine (QIl) — CONRAISS 05 (OND)

8. Inspector of Quarantine (QIII) - CONRAISS 04 (OND)

9. Quarantine Assistant (QA) - CONRAISS 03 (SSCE)
