Dangote to invest #217bn sugar plantation in nasarawa state and the sugar factory to produce 480,000 tonnes of sugar.
According to Aliko Dangote the CEO of dangote group, governor Tanko Al-makura was a key motivator for making this project successful by creating the conducive environment.
This sugar factory is said to be the largest sugar production Factory in sub sahara Africa
