According to NPower, the following order should be used to resolve issues you may be experiencing.

a. NPVN Portal:
NPVN is a Portal where selected NPower beneficiaries information and other learning materials are located. It is for only beneficiaries, once you are selected you will be allowed to access the portal with password.
b. NPower Official communication channels, social media and call center
c. Focal person:
Focal person are Officials selected by NPower to oversee, organize, coordinate the affairs of NPower in various State of the country.
