NITDA And N-SIP Sign MoU To Revitalise NPower Programme

President Muhammadu Buhari led administration's Social Investment Programme received a new lease of life today as the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and the National Social Investment Office signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Implementation of the National Social Investment Programme and provision of Technical Support for the proposed NPower Innovation Hubs to be sited in all the six geopolitical zones of the Country.

The move is aimed at ensuring that the Nation's resources are used pragmatically in enhancing human capital development, promote economic empowerment and provide support to the Economic Growth and Recovery Plan (ERGP). The brief ceremony took place at the Agency's Corporate Head Office in Abuja, and had in attendance the Director General of NITDA, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, the Special Adviser to the President on National Social Investment Programme, Mrs Maryam Uwais among others.
