According to the boss of the company, if we build our workforce and skills in Nigeria, we do not need to start bringing in foreigners just to handle every common thing that we can do rather we can become exporters of skilled labour to other African Countries. For instance I was in east Africa and when I show them the picture of video of what we were doing and the workshop, there was so much clamor that we should come and setup workshop in Kenya and Rwanda and the processes are on. The main reason why we are retaining these 10 people whom we have trained, is so that this can be part of our future workshop that we can take to those other African Countries to go and work and establish and be the founding members of the company in east Africa and with that Nigeria is increasing his regional presence, regional influence and power and it also bring prosperity to the country because our people when they work they still repatriate the income back to the country.
