The Minister of Humanitarian affairs, disaster managemeent and social development HM Sadiya Umar Farouq in a meeting with all National Social Investment Programme cluster heads as part of her efforts to properly structure the Social Investment Programmes in Nigeria. The meeting has been segmented and is expected to last for several hours.
