Expect Exit Package Soon - Ekiti State Governor To Npower Volunteers

On today's latest Npower news on exit package/ Npower Transition, we bring to you the report of Interactive session of Ekiti State Youths with Governor DrJohn Kayode Fayemi on 1st of November 2020.

The session started around 2pm on Sunday and the Governor was asked the following questions.

He was asked to use his good office as the chairman of Nigeria Governor's forum to speak to the presidency to give the exited Npower beneficiaries exit package.

The Ekiti State Governor was also asked what his plan for the exited 12,000 beneficiaries in Ekiti State is, that it won't be good for Exited Npower Volunteers to go back to the street after they have been trained for over 2years in the program.

The Governor Response as follows:

He said work is ongoing seriously at the presidency about the exit package , that we should expect it soonest.

On the second question, He said some of the beneficiaries applied in the State recruitment and some has been picked. He also said those in Npower Agro will be considered soon in a program coming up in Ministry of Agric.

Thirdly he said five of the beneficiaries has been given appointment at FUOYE.
