The Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and food systems is calling on interested applicants to apply for its AGRITHON 2025 REGISTRATION which commence today 2nd of June 2025 and Closes 27TH June, 2025.

The Lagos Agrithon is an agricultural innovation competition designed to empower Lagos-based startups with transformative solutions for the food and agriculture sector. Organized by the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Food Systems

Eligibility Criteria

Participants should address one or more of these categories:

1. The business must be between 5 years and the Founder must be aged 18-40 years

2. Open to startups, innovators, and teams working in the agribusiness or food systems sector

3. Participants must be based in Lagos or have projects impacting Lagos agrifood system

4. Must be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

5. Must be registered with Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA)

6. Participants must have an innovative solution addressing a critical challenge in agriculture or food systems
