2. Curriculum Vitae (Showing at least 5 years truck driving experience)

3. National Identification Number (NIN) slip

4. Valid driver license (Class G) > Age: Between 30-40 years at the time of submission of application

5. Medical certificate of fitness

6. Police Report of good character > Attestation letter of good character from district head

7. indigene certificate

8. Birth certificate

9. Evidence of letter from previous employers (e.g. Resignation, Termination, Redundancy letter etc.)

10. Other relevant working certificates
