Official Communication Channel

Going forward, NCS will only communicate with shortlisted applicants via their registered email addresses. Applicants are strongly advised not to rely on social media or unofficial platforms for updates, as these will not be used for official communication.

Email Correction Portal

To ensure smooth communication, candidates experiencing challenges in receiving emails can now update or correct their registered email addresses. To do this, applicants must log in to the NCS Recruitment Portal using their National Identification Number (NIN) via https://updates.customs.gov.ng

Next Steps in the Recruitment Exercise

a. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be scheduled soon, and the date will be sent to applicants via email.

b. Only candidates with verified email addresses will receive official CBT instructions, pre-test access links, and login details.

c. Failure to update or verify your email may result in missing crucial information needed for participation.
