According to NJFP management, if you are having trouble receiving your verification email? Your application might be failing due to small but critical errors.
Below are the most common issues NJFP management team have seen, and the solution provided to fix them.
1. Email Mistakes:
a. Typing errors like gnail.com, gmail.con, or gmail.comm
b. Adding a space after your email address
c. Using an incorrect format

2. NIN Issues:
a. Entering an invalid or incorrectly formatted National Identification Number
b. Using wrong phone numbers
3. Date of Birth Errors
a. Wrong format or mismatched date entries
4. Name Spelling
a. Misspelled names that don’t match your official records
Tips to Fix the issues
a. Double-check every field before submitting
b. Use a valid and correctly spelled email address
c. Ensure your NIN, name, and date of birth match your official documents
d. Avoid extra spaces or typos
Given the above, the NJFP team says that they are unable to resolve some of your queries due to incorrectly entered emails. If you’ve already applied and didn’t get a verification email, try again with corrected details.
