CDCFiB Announces 2025 Recruitment Physical Screening/ Document Verification Date

The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFiB) has released an important update regarding its ongoing 2025 recruitment exercise. According to the Office of the Secretary, the exercise is moving into the next stage: physical screening and document verification.

Dated 27th November 2025, the announcement states that applicants who performed well in earlier stages have been shortlisted on merit. Shortlisted candidates are instructed to visit the Board's official recruitment portal at https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng between Monday, 1 December and Wednesday, 3 December 2025 to select their preferred screening venue and date.

The Board emphasized that all official communication about the next stage will be issued only through the recruitment portal. Applicants are strongly advised to disregard any messages received via email or other unofficial channels.

The physical screening exercise is scheduled to take place from Monday, 8 December to Friday, 12 December 2025, across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Major General A.M. Jibril (Rtd), Secretary to the Board, congratulated successful applicants and reiterated that the selection process followed the principles of Federal Character and met the needs of each service under the Board.

Applicants are encouraged to monitor the official portal for updates, prepare the required documents for verification, and ensure they follow only official instructions to avoid fraud.
