Call For Application: NAPTIN Graduate Skills Development Program 2026

(NGSDP) The National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) is delighted to announce the commencement of the 2026/2027 edition of the NAPTIN’S Graduate Skills Development Program NGSDP) On the 4th May, 2026. This flagship program is designed to equip young professionals and industry entrants with the echnical and managerial skills needed to excel in Nigeria’s evolving power sector.

The NGSDP provides comprehensive training in various aspects of power systems, including:

• Power Generation
• Power Transmission and Distribution
• Renewable Energy Systems
• Leadership and Management

The program combines classroom learning with hands-on practical sessions and industry attachments, ensuring participants are well prepared to meet industry demands.

Eligibility Criteria :

This program is open to:

1. Private Professionals:

a. Individuals with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

b. A demonstrated interest in the power and energy sector.

c. Must have NYSC completion certificate.

2. Private Professionals:

a. Staff nominated by corporate organizations, government agencies, or private firms in the power sector.

b. Must meet the educational requirements listed above.

3. Institutional Nominees:

a. Staff nominated by corporate organizations, government agencies, or private firms in the power sector.

b. Must meet the educational requirements listed above.
