The Philippines Navy Personnel Management Center (NPMC) will conduct a Mobile Recruitment in Bagong Calarian, Zamboanga City as part of the Recruitment Plan CY 2026. Inline with this, interested applicants are invited to apply below.

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Filipino citizen
• At least 18 yrs old and not a day older than 24 years old on the date of application for Candidate Sailors.
• At least 20 years old but not older than 26 years old on the date of application as Officer Candidates.
• College graduate preferably with preferred technical courses for Officer Candidates and at least Senior high school preferably technical-vocational graduate
• Candidates and at least Senior high school preferably technical-vocational graduate with NCII Technical/Computer Courses for Candidate Sailors.
• Physically & mentally fit
• Of good moral character

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:

a. Birth certificate

b. NCIP Certification for applicants below 5 ft. in height

Diploma/ Certificate of Graduation or Completion (Applicable to undergraduates)

Transcript of records/ Form 137

Any two (2) of the following IDs: Passport, SSS ID, PRC ID, Philhealth ID, Driver’s License, TIN ID, Postal ID, Company ID, School ID, National ID
