Pisces Aviation Limited is a wholly owned Ghanaian company with the trading name PassionAir. Incorporated in July 2015, we obtained our Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) from Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) in September 2017. PassionAir was birthed from charter operations, by providing flight services to a client in the oil and gas industry, and commenced commercial operations in August 2018.

PassionAir is recruiting in the following position:

Job title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Sunyani, Takoradi, Wa)

Key Responsibilities

a. Provide warm, respectful, and culturally sensitive service at all passenger touchpoints at the designated station.

b. Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and patience, especially in high-pressure situations.

c. Ensure every passenger interaction reflects service standards. * Anticipate passenger needs and resolve issues before escalation.

d. Take full ownership of customer concerns from first contact to resolution.

e. Act quickly and confidently within authority limits to deliver solutions. <)p>

f. Manage passenger expectations and emotions professionally during service interruptions.

g. Support Ground Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of disrupted passengers.

h. Communicate clearly and confidently with passengers and stakeholders.

i. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service performance.

Preferred Skills and Characteristics

a. High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and cultural awareness.

b. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

c. Strong communication skills (spoken and written English and at least one local language).

d. Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.

e. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

a. Bachelor's Degree.

b. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service-related role.

c. Previous experience in airline or airport customer service.

d. Knowledge of airport operations, gate, and ramp procedures.

Work Environment

a. Able to work flexible work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

b. Airport-based role involving use of computers and operational systems

c. Exposure to airport ramp conditions, including weather and noise.
