MTN Nigeria Communications Pays 2026 Dividends To Shareholders

MTN Nigeria Communications paid 2026 dividends to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 8 April 2026.

The Register of Shareholders closed 9 April 2026. While 5 May 2026, dividends was paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 8 April 2026, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.

Shareholders who have yet to complete the e-dividend mandate form and submit it to the Registrar and their respective Banks may not get payment notification.

Shareholders are advised to view the list of unclaimed dividends. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends are further advised to complete the e- dividend mandate form or contact the Registrar.
