EnumPay Releases New Update To Help Applicants Complete Their Registration

Enumpay bankhas released an important updates and reminders to help applicants applying for the Nipost postcode project complete their EnumPay registration and stay informed.

Below are the new updates released by EnumPay:

1. EnumPay advised applicants to follow them Instagram. The said that they are sharing short videos to guide you through important steps on EnumPay, including setting up your profile and verifying your NIN. Follow them on Instagram to watch these guides and stay updated. Follow them here https://www.instagram.com/getenumpay/

​2. NIN verification update: EnumPay has advised applicants to Kindly exercise patience that their team is working on a best solution to resolve this NIN for now. The feature has been made unavailable, pending a resolution. If you had a name mismatch error, they're reviewing them to verify you.

3. Profile review is ongoing: We've received a large number of sign-ups, and our team is currently reviewing submitted profiles.

If you've successfully verified your NIN and provided all the required information, please ensure you upload a professional profile picture and allow some time for your profile to be reviewed. You'll receive an update once there's a decision on your profile.

4. Entered the wrong 3MTT ID?: If you entered an incorrect 3MTT ID during registration, you can still correct it before your profile is approved. To do this:

• Go to your Profile.
• Select Basic Information.
• Click Edit.
• Update your 3MTT ID with the correct one.
• Save your changes.

Please note: You can only change your 3MTT ID before your profile is approved. Once approved, you will no longer be able to edit it.

5. Registered with the wrong email address: If you registered with an incorrect email address, contact us at support@enumeration.africa to request that your account be deleted so you can register again with the correct email address.

Our support team will let you know how long the process will take.

6. Before following up on your profile review: If you've already followed up on your profile review, please ensure you've completed all three sections of your profile:

• Basic Information
• Additional Information
• Location

To complete these sections, go to your Profile and open each section to provide the required details. Incomplete profile information may delay your review.
