How To Request For DSTV Account Suspension While Away For Two Weeks

DSTV has introduced another way that subscribers can suspend their DSTV accounts while they are away on holiday for up to two weeks at a time.

What you need to do:
  • A scanned copy of customer's ID Card
  • Duration for suspension (between 7-24 days)
How to send request:
Request should be send to: suspension@ng.multichoice.com at least 2days before the start of the suspension.

You can also visit any DSTV branch to request disconnection.
