DSTV has introduced another way that subscribers can suspend their DSTV accounts while they are away on holiday for up to two weeks at a time.What you need to do:
- A scanned copy of customer's ID Card
- Duration for suspension (between 7-24 days)
Request should be send to: [email protected] at least 2days before the start of the suspension.
You can also visit any DSTV branch to request disconnection.
