It came as a surprise to the 2016 NPower beneficiaries as the long awaited accumulated October and November stipends which they expected to receive in Whole-sum was cut short as only November stipends was paid against October for now. While their colleagues of 2017 N-Power volunteers received two month stipends both October and November.
What is most important is that N-Power has commence payment of all stipends to NPower beneficiaries and as promised by the new Ministry of Humanitarian affairs Minister that outstanding stipends will be cleared before or on 20th December so there is no need to panic. What you should note is that the Npower programme is a social investment scheme of the present government and will never be scraped.
2017 NPower Beneficiaries both October and November stipends was effected on the 10th of December 2019 followed by payment of 2016 beneficiaries November stipends next day 11th December 2019. There should be no ill feeling for the 2016 beneficiaries as Payments for the months of October and December 2019 will be effected this month also. if you are in batch A OR B and yet to receive your October stipends, please be patient, it will come.
Other stipends will be paid to you this month as the minister has already confirmed, so allay yourself of any fears as you will all receive your stipends. December stipend for batch B and October and December Stipends for batch A will be paid.

We really must be scared of sudden exit without any plan, so want the gov. to please consume us into the civil service.
