T-Mobile President Neville Apologize To Customers Over Network Problem

The President of Technology at TMobile Neville has apologized to its customers and assured that Voice and text services are now restored and other issues are being fixed.

Customers are reporting that they can't make or receive phone calls, although data appears to be unaffected. Some customers say that text messaging is also affected. Down Detector, which collects outage reports from users, indicates that a major outage is underway. It's not clear how widespread the issue is.

However, Neville, the president of TMobile says that the Teams continue to work as quickly as possible to fix the voice and messaging problems some are seeing. Data services are now available 8. some calls are completing. Alternate services like WhatsApp, Signal, iMessage, Facetime, etc. are available.

T-Mobile is an America's largest 5G network.
