In an article circulating on most of the Npower Volunteers social media platforms title "N-Power: Exited Volunteers Reject CBN Loan", shows that most of the Exited Npower Volunteers are not pleased with the Ministry of Humanitarian affairs CBN Loan choice Option exit package meant for them.
Thought the Ministry have not Unveil the NEXIT CBN Empowerment portal, the volunteers are already complaining about the possibility of some of them not benefiting from the said empowerment options because of other CBN Criteria.
In the press briefing released by the volunteers after the launch of the Ministry CBN Empowerment option, which stated as follows:
We the entire exited Batches A & B N-POWER beneficiaries including the prospective Batch C members hereby publicly reject the so called CBN economic empowerment and entrepreneurship option which is very far from our demand and not in any way close to The President and the Vice President promises during the 2019 general election.
Our demand is clear, " Absorption or Robust exit package " is what we are agitating for not some kind of empowerment or entrepreneurship option as purported by CBN and Disaster Minister. We hereby advise the Disaster minister to stop mocking herself thinking she is mocking N-POWER beneficiaries because the God we serve will never let us see shame. She should ease off our way and allow the government to treat our case the way it should be treated, they said.
We hereby encourage every single beneficiaries to prepare his/her mattress and blanket for the 7th December, 2020 Ceaseless protest, because we will sleep and wake in front of Aso rock and NASS, also prepare your CV to apply for a job in the Aso Rock and NASS. Our demands will be met before our departure, the added.
Do not be enticed by the CBN purported economic empowerment and economic empowerment and entrepreneurship option of course you all know it's their usual way of deceiving the gullible masses to leave them in perpetual bondage, we refuse to be used and dumped. These is enough to let you know the level of callousness in our leaders on issues that concerns the youths, they concluded.
