The Selection Panel is currently inviting applications for the positions of Chairperson and Commission Members.

Available Positions

Position: Chairperson
Number of Vacancies: 1
Key Requirements: Degree from a recognized university; 10+ years experience in race/ethnic relations, human rights, or peace and security.

Position: Commission Member
Number of Vacancies: 7
Key Requirements: Degree from a recognized university; 2+ years experience in race/ethnic relations, human rights, or peace and security.

Disqualification Criteria

Please note that you are not eligible to apply if you:

• Are a State Officer or a member of a governing body of a political party.
• Have promoted ethnic or religious animosity.
• Are an undischarged bankrupt.
• Have previously served as a member of the Commission.
• Have been removed from office for contravening the Constitution.

Terms of Service

• Term: A single, non-renewable term of six (6) years.
• Remuneration: Salary and benefits as determined by the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC).
