The Resident Coordinator / Humanitarian Coordinator (RC/HC) Talent Pipeline is designed to broaden and diversify the pool of eligible candidates for global leadership positions. The program emphasizes structured opportunities to strengthen competencies in leadership, coordination, and humanitarian action, with a strong focus on gender balance and equitable geographical representation.

Eligibility and Application Requirements

The application process differs based on your current professional status. United Nations staff members are mandated to obtain formal nominations from their respective governments before applying.
