The Federal Ministry of Education is set to launch the Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Incubation Certificate (EIBIC) Programme, a flagship initiative under the Honourable Minister's reform agenda.

The programme is designed to:

1. Drive innovation and enterprise growth Empower young entrepreneurs

2. Accelerate inclusive economic growth

3. It also seeks to bridge the gap between education and enterprise by equipping Nigerians with practical skills, business knowledge, and incubation support.

4. Promotes job creation and enterprise growth

5. Strengthens the role of education in economic transformation

The EIBIC Programme is to unlock new possibilities for young Nigerians and strengthen education as a driver of national development.

The programme launch schedule is as follows:

a. Date: Friday, 27 March 2026

b. Venue: Tertiary Education Trust Fund Auditorium, Abuja

Arrival: 9:00 AM, Commencement: 9:30 AM

The event will convene stakeholders from: Government, Academid, Industry Development Organisations
