Open Positions

1. Factory Operations Manager

• Experience: 8–12 years in manufacturing or factory management.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Operations.
• Key Requirements: Proven experience in factory setup, production planning, and assembly line management; knowledge of lean manufacturing and operational excellence.

2. Quality Control & Assurance Engineer

• Experience: 5–8 years in quality assurance within manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
• Key Requirements: Knowledge of ISO standards; experience with quality testing protocols and emissions standards. Professional certification (CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.

3. Supply Chain & Logistics Officer

• Experience: 4–7 years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

4. Community Engagement and HSE Officer

• Experience: 4–6 years in HSE, community relations, or ESG roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Key Requirements: Experience conducting risk assessments and safety trainings; understanding of local cultural and environmental contexts.

5. Marketing & Sales Coordinator (State Level)

• Experience: 3–5 years in field marketing, sales, or business development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Key Requirements: Experience organizing product demonstrations; ability to analyze local market trends and manage distributor networks.
