The Fellowship is a one-year, nonpartisan, and merit-based opportunity to work at the heart of government, gaining firsthand experience in policy development, public service delivery, and transformational leadership. With mentorship from top government officials and exposure to real-time governance challenges, Fellows are equipped to become catalysts for sustainable development in Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a Nigerian
• A minimum of 2 years work experience
• Must be within the age range of 25 to 35 years
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Nysc discharge or Exemption Certificate
