NELFUND Announced Student Loan Disbursement To ABU Zaria

The Nigeria Education Loan Fund NELFUND has announced the successful disbursement of student loan funds to the Ahmadu Bello University (Division of Agricultural Colleges).

According to NELFUND, a total of N5,966,450 has been disbursed, benefiting 155 students as part of their registration fees support for the 2025/2026 academic session.

NELFUND remains dedicated to empowering students and strengthening the nation’s future through inclusive and sustainable education financing.

The University also acknowledge the disbursement by saying: IWe wnte to inform you that the Division of Agricultural Colleges, Ahmadu Bello University Zana, received the sum of Five Million, Nine Hundred and Sixty-Six Thousand, Four Hundred and Fifty Naira (N5,966,450) only for Two Hundred and Seventy-Two (155) number of students as Registration fees from NELFUND on 23% February, 2026 students.

On behalf of the student, staff and the Management of the Division, I wish to express our profound appreciation for the disbursement of the students’ loan to the Division on behalf of our students. This will go a long way in relieving the financial burden of the students and their parents in the course of the studies.
