The Renaissance African Energy Company Limited (Renaissance), operator of the NNPC/Renaissance/TotalEnergies/AENR Joint Venture (Renaissance JV), invites applications from suitably qualified Nigerian students to apply for the NNPC-RENAISSANCE JV University Scholarship.

The scholarship aims to promote academic excellence and improve the skills of young Nigerians. It provides a yearly grant to successful applicants for the duration of their undergraduate degree programme.

Who can apply?

This merit-based scholarship is in two categories - the National Merit Award (NM} and the Areas of Operation Merit Award.

National Merit Award (NM) - Open to all Nigerians

Areas of Operation Merit Award - Open to Nigerians who are indigenes of Renaissance's operational areas in Bayelsa, Delta, imo, and Rivers States.

Eligible Applicants::

• Must be citizens of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Must be registered FULL-TIME undergraduates in an accredited University in Nigeria.
• Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship from an entity operating in the Oil and Gas Industry, national or international.
• Evidence of being in 200 Level, with proof of admission into an undergraduate programme in the 2024/2025 academic session.

Application Open on the 30th of April 2026 and close on the 31st of May 2026
