Apply Now: FG To Launch NDE RHEI Phase 3 In Mid July 2026

In a continued effort to tackle unemployment and equip Nigerians with practical skills for self-reliance, the National Directorate of Employment NDE management have announced that Renewed Hope Employment Initiative RHEI Phase III will launch in mid-July 2026 with a new digital platform using NIN and BVN for transparency. This phase focuses on expanding job creation across the country through strategic skill development and empowerment programs.

Available Skill Categories

NDE has outlined a wide range of training and empowerment programmes across the following sectors:

1. Rural Employment Promotion Programme

a. Sustainable Agricultural Development Training (SADTS)

b. Organic Agricultural Training (OATS)

c. Fish Production and Feed Formulation (FPFFTS)

d. Micro livestock Agriculture (MATS)

e. Small Stock (Goat) Empowerment Scheme (SSGPES)

2. Small Scale Enterprises Programme:

a. Start Your Own Business (SYOB)

b. Enterprise & Finance Counseling (NDE-efcc)

c. Matured Peoples’ Programme (MPP)

d Micro Enterprises Enhancement (MEES)

Basic Business Training (BBT)

3. Vocational Skills Development Programme

a. Quick-Fix Demand-Driven Training

b. Digital Skills Training

c. Community-Based Empowerment

d. Techno-Cultural Craft Training

e. Special Vocational Training for Persons with Special Needs & IDPs

Registration Details:

The online pre enrollment Assessment registration for the 3nd phase is ongoing . Interested applicants can register through either of the official portals https://www.nderegistrationportal.ng or https://www.nde.gov.ng

Requirements for Registration include:

a. National Identification Number (NIN)

b. Functional email address

c. Recent passport photographs
