Following the announcement earlier released by the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) regarding its plan to move to the next stage of the 2024/2025 Recruitment Exercise which is physical screening and document verification, the management has also released the Recruitment Physical Screening Step By Step Guide For Shortlisted Applicants.

Portal Opens: 15-20 June 2026 while Physical Examination Starts: 22 June 2026

STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

01 PORTAL ACCESS

Visit the Recruitment Portal

15-20 June 2026

• Enter your Application Number to verify your status.
• Use the application number from initial registration.
• Access only through the official portal URL.

02 SHORTLISTING

Shortlist Verification

Portal Period

• The system verifies your application number automatically.
• Shortlisted candidates proceed to the upload portal.
• Non-shortlisted candidates stop at this stage.

Notice: Do not share your application number with third parties.

03 DOCUMENT UPLOAD & SCHEDULING

Upload Documents & Select Physical Exam Date

15-20 June 2026

• Upload all required supporting documents as specified.
• Select your preferred date and closest venue.
• Confirm submission before the portal closes.

Warning: Venue slots are limited - select a centre quickly.

04 EXAMINATION SLIP

Download and Print Your Slip

Immediately After Submission

• Download the generated slip immediately after submission.
• Print at least two copies for safekeeping.
• Check your name, date, venue and candidate number.

Warning: This slip is your entry pass; safeguard it.

Commencing 22 June 2026

• Bring only your printed Slip.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Dress appropriately for physical fitness assessment.

06 PHASE 1 RESULTS

Check Phase 1 Results and Proceed

• Successful candidates proceed to Phase 2: Fitness and Oral Examinations.
