14. How would you handle a situation where you discover illegal pipeline vandalism while on duty?

Answer: I would immediately secure the area if safe to do so, report to my superior officers without delay, gather relevant information carefully, and follow the Corps’ standard operating procedures. I would not take any action that endangers lives or exceeds my authority.

15. What are the ranks in NSCDC (mention a few)?
