Call For Application: Aliko Dangote Foundation ADF Share Grant Initiative
The Aliko Dangote Foundation (“ADF”) Share Grant Initiative is designed to promote financial inclusion and encourage a culture of savings and investment among eligible students of private and public tertiary institutions in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. To participate in the Initiative, a student must be 18 years of age or older, meet the applicable student verification and other eligibility requirements, and apply for a minimum of 10 shares in the Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE ("“DPRP”) through the designated subscription channel.
Who is the Initiative for?
A The Initiative is intended for eligible students, i.e., students currently enrolled, as at the point of application, at qualifying private and public tertiary institutions in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. These include Universities, Polytechnics, colleges of education and other colleges categorised as tertiary by the relevant regulatory authority. Postgraduate students are not eligible.

What is the benefit to an eligible A student?
If an eligible student successfully completes student verification and applies for at least 10 shares through the designated student channel, ADF may fund and submit an application for an additional 10 shares on behalf of that student at no cost to the student. The additional application is limited to 10 shares per eligible student, irrespective of the number of shares the student applies for personally. The additional 10 shares are not guaranteed: any allotment will be subject to the terms of the DPRP IPO and the applicable allotment process.
Which tertiary institutions and A programmes qualify?
Private, Federal or State Government-owned tertiary institutions recognised by the relevant Nigerian regulatory authority. Postgraduate programs do not qualify.
How to participate in the Initiative?
1. The process is: visit the official ADF Share Grant Initiative page here https://ipo.alikodangotefoundation.org
2. Enter the requested student information; and proceed to the designated IPO subscription platform;
3. complete the required KYC information; and and apply for and pay for a minimum of 10 shares.
Subject to confirmation of eligibility and the applicable terms, ADF may thereafter fund and submit an application for an additional 10 shares on your behalf at no cost to you. All applications remain subject to the DPRP IPO terms and allotment process.
