To consolidate the tremendous achievements of the N-Power programme. the Federal Government is pleased to announce the N-Power Impact Series Competition.
The N-Power initiative is a job creation and skills development programme under the National Social investment Programmes, targeted at youths between 18 to 35 years.
The programme has over 500,000 graduate and non-graduate volunteers spread around the 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria. The volunteers of the programme are manning classrooms in public schools‘ serving as extension workers in public primary health centres and serving as Agriculture extension advisors to farmers. Each beneficiary is equipped with on electronic device pre-loaded with over 1 million resources, used for training in communities and for self development.
The N-Power programme is broadly sub-divided into seven:

2. N-power Agro
3. N-power Build
4. N-power Health
5. N-power Creative
6. N-power Tax
7. N-power Tech
The programme has contributed significantly to Human Capital Development in Nigeria. as its beneficiaries are being engaged in vocational training and skills development. to improve their employability status and fill the gaps necessary for the advancement of Nigeria's economy.
The N-Power Impact Series Competition is a reward package for outstanding N Power volunteers to invest in a business project. It is a Social Media Competition for beneficiaries to share the impact N-Power has had on them as individuals and on their respective communities by posting a 1 minute impact story video on Facebook Twitter. Instagram and YouTube with accompanying caption.
STRUCTURE OF THE VIDEO
Beneficiaries must adhere to the following instructions, The content of the 1 minute video and the accompanying caption must follow the laid down rules Start with the:
A. Participants's full name
B. Local Government Area
C. State of Residence
D. Place of Primary Assignment and the N-Power category where the beneficiary is serving.
E. Contestants must use the hashtags #ThislsNPowor and #MylmpactThroughNPower while sharing their impact story
The competition is open to all beneficiaries of the programme.
An independent body will conduct an assessment and select three (3) beneficiaries with the most Likes, retweets and Shares from each state in the federation. The competition will commence on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018. Winner.
First Runner Up and Second Runner Up from each state will receive attractive cash prizes to help the outstanding beneficiaries invest in besiness.
Beneficiary each from the 36 states and the FCT will win One Million Naira as First prizes while 1st and 2nd runner up in each state will win 250,000 and 100,000 Naira respectively.
