The Skill to Wealth Program is organized by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs & Poverty Reduction (FMHAPR). What makes this development even more surprising is that a message is circulating online that some individuals were selected without submitting an application.

However, some prospective applicants have speculated that the names shortlisted may have been drawn from previous N-Power program registrations, recommendations, or an internal nomination process that identified them as individuals with strong potential to benefit from this impactful initiative.
