FMBN, FGSHLB Partner To Deliver N1OBN Housing Loans To Federal Civil Servants

The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) have stated that they have signed an MOU with FGSHLB to deliver N1OBN in housing loans to federal civil servants.

The partnership creates a more structured, efficient pathway for workers to access mortgages, home renovation, rent support, and construction finance under the NHF scheme.

FMBN MD/CEO Shehu Usman Osidi described the initiative as a renewed commitment to workers’ welfare, aligned with the Renewed Hope Housing Programme of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
