Minister Debunked Call For N50,000 National Support Allowance Registration

The Honourable Minister of the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction Dr. Bernard M. Doro has warned the general public on fake social media message circulating online regarding 50,000 National Support Allowance.

According to the Minister, their attention has been drawn to a fraudulent social media message falsely claiming that the Federal Government is registering Nigerians for a #50,000 National Support Allowance under the supervision of the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr. Bernard M. Doro.

This claim is FALSE and should be disregarded. The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction has not authorised any such registration, website, or online application. Members of the public are strongly advised not to click on the link, submit personal information, or make any payment in connection with this fraudulent message.

The Ministry communicates all official programmes and interventions only through its verified communication channels and established government platforms.

We urge Nigerians to remain vigilant and report suspicious messages or websites falsely claiming to represent the Ministry. The minister stated.
