Call For Volunteers: YES Health Interim Secretariat And Communication Team

The Interministerial Committee on the Institutionalisation of Meaningful Youth Engagement and Participation in Health was established under the mandate of the Federal Ministry of Youth Development (FMYD) to drive the institutionalisation of meaningful youth engagement in Nigeria's health system, following Nigeria's adoption of the Africa CDC Strategy for Youth Engagement and Participation in Global Health (YES! Health) 2025-2028.

As the Committee transitions from policy commitment to implementation, there is a need for a lean interim team to support programme execution, stakeholder engagement, resource mobilisation, communications and visibility.

The YES!Health Domestication and Implementation Committee of the Africa CDC YES!Health Strategy, under the Federal Ministry of Youth Development, is seeking volunteers for its interim 90-days activation team as follows:

Available positions:

1. Programme Assistant; Office of the Chairman

2. Communications & Social Media Manager (Content & Public Engagement)

3. Communications & Social Media Manager (Digital Growth & Visibility)

The Interim Team will support the Committee's immediate priorities over the next 3-5 months, while the broader institutional and financing arrangements for implementation are being developed.

Voluntary Initial : 3-5 Months Engagement .
