MyBOI Portal: What To Do If Your Loan Application Shows Returned - BOI has started the review process for its loan applicants on the MyBOI Portal. Keep checking the section where it says “See More.” You will see an option labeled “Review.” Click on it, and it will take you to your information.

If your MyBOl application has been marked “RETURNED,” don't panic! It means BOI requires corrections, clarification or additional information before processing can continue. It does not automatically mean your loan has been rejected.

1. Stakeholder Tab

a. Select the appropriate stakeholder type for your business registration.

b. If you operate as a Sole Proprietor (Business Name), enter your details accurately according to your CAC documents.

c. Do not select “Director” or “Shareholder” unless the portal’s instructions require it for your registration type.

2. Mandate Card

a. Download the Mandate Card from the BO! portal.

b. Complete all required fields accurately. V Sign where required.

c. Upload the completed document in the correct section.

3. Signatory Card

a. Download the required Signatory Card.

b. Enter your details as the business owner and authorised signatory, where applicable.

c. Follow BOl’s instructions regarding your signature and passport photograph.

d. Upload the completed card in the correct section.

4. Resubmit Your Application

After correcting the outstanding information and uploading all required documents, resubmit your application so BOI can continue reviewing it.

IMPORTANT: Always follow the specific instructions displayed on your application. Requirements may differ by business type and financing facility. Never share your password or OTP with anyone.
