What VP Osinbajo Said About Those Who accused Him Of Stealing NSIP Money

According to Prof. Yemi Osinbajo,  he will waive his constitutional immunity to enable the most robust adjudication of these claims of libel and malicious falsehood against him.

In a tweet on his twitter handle posted yesterday 25th September 2019, he said I have today instructed the commencement of legal action against two individuals, one Timi Frank and another Katch Ononuju, who have put their names to these odious falsehoods.

Prof Yemi Osinbajo added that in the past few days, a spate of reckless and malicious falsehoods have been peddled in the media against him by a group of malicious individuals. The defamatory and misleading assertions invented by this clique have been making the social media rounds anonymously.

Comrade Timi Frank, A former deputy national publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had on Monday claimed the travails of Osinbajo were due to an alleged N90billion scandal, and that recent developments involving him had nothing to do with 2023 politics.

VP Osinbajo has been in the news for the past few weeks, rumor about him strip from his responsibility as the Vice President for mismanagement of NSIP funds.
