Kaduna State Government Installed Road Fence/Barrier Along Ali Akilu Road to avoid Pedestrians from crossing the road, but instead to make use of the newly constructed Pedestrian bridges for their safety.
The last time I was here, there was no fence build and people were able to cross to the other side of the road easily. I was imazed Seeing this today.
Let's hear your opinion about this situation, will this ease the stress of the people or increase the time used to get to the pedestrian bridge looking at the distance involved and the safety measure?
