According to information available, Twitter plays an important role in bringing the present leadership of President Buhari into power and they have now banned the social media platform in Nigeria.

There are lots of Doctors, Lawyers, Teachers, Farmers, Social influencers, and unemployed youths on Twitter hustling to make ends meet. And now that the government has suspended the use of Twitter in Nigeria indefinitely, they have compounded the unemployment situation in Nigeria.

The ban of Twitter in Nigeria is a result of the deleted tweet and video of President Muhammadu Buhari making threats of punishment to a sect called IPOB in the southeast of Nigeria.

The decision by the government is a setback to its promise of creating 100,000,000 jobs in 10 years to curb unemployment and reduce poverty.
