According to the south African Government, Indigent households with a monthly income of R3500 or less have until 30 September 2022 to apply/register for free government-subsidized set-top boxes. No applications will be considered after this date.
In an update shared, the government said Digital Migration and Analogue Switch-Off is an urgent national priority and international obligation. it will proceed without further delay.
Indigent households are to Hurry and Apply at the nearest post office or through https://www.stbregistration.gov.za to receive your free decoder and installation.
