The MultiChoice Talent Factory Applications for 2026 are open! MultiChoice is calling on everyone with an academic qualification in film, TV, media, drama, or a related field plus demonstrable 1 to 2 years industry experience to apply.

Since its inception, the MultiChoice Talent Factory has produced 486 graduates ready to take on the industry after being exposed to real-world industry productions, training and masterclasses.

The South African, Southern Africa, West African and East African Academies are all accepting applications.
