N-power has not open portal for device selection.
Below is the reply by N-Power to a beneficiary who asked about the viral form going round the internet if it is genuine or not.
According to N-Power, if the time for selection of device is due, the selection will be on beneficiaries NPVN Profile dashboard and not some kind of google form. beware of scammers!!
