Link To Check CDCFIB Shortlisted Candidates Status - The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has issued a public announcement asking all applicants who applied for recruitment into the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) to visit the Board’s official recruitment portal to confirm their shortlisting status. Candidates can check their status and view details of the Computer Based Test (CBT) centres from https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng.

From Thursday, 30th October 2025, the portal will display which applicants have been shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment exercise as well as the venue, date and time allocated for each candidate’s CBT. Shortlisted candidates are advised to carefully note their test centre, scheduled date and reporting time so they arrive prepared and on time for the assessment.

Importantly, the Board reminds all applicants to use only the official portal address shown above. Candidates should beware of scammers and third-party actors claiming to offer shortlisting confirmations or guaranteed placements in exchange for money or personal information. The Board will not request payment through unofficial channels, and applicants should not share sensitive personal details outside the official recruitment site.
