NAQS Update Applicants On Recruitment Exam Rules And Strike Policy
As NAQS commences its 2026 recruitment Exam assessment for shortlisted applicants, they have released the Exam rules and strike policy which applicants writing the exam must follow. Below are the exam rules and strike policy:
General Rules
- This exam lasts 30 minutes with 60 questions.
- You have one attempt only — you cannot retake this exam.
- Camera and microphone must be active before you can start.
- The exam auto-submits when the timer reaches zero.
- You may refresh the page a maximum of 3 times — exceeding this auto-submits your exam.
Do not press the browser back button — it will immediately submit your exam.
- Answers are saved automatically as you select them.

3 Strike Policy
Applicant session is monitored throughout. Each violation earns 1 strike. At 3 strikes your exam is automatically submitted immediately, regardless of time remaining.
a. Excessive movement — Sit still and keep your face visible in the camera at all times.
b. Loud noise or talking — Be in a quiet environment. Loud sounds are detected by your microphone.
c. Switching tabs or minimizing — Do not leave the exam window for any reason.
d. Exiting full screen — Stay in full screen mode throughout the exam.
e. Right-clicking — Right-click is disabled during the exam.
f. Copying text — Copy and paste are blocked during the exam.
All strikes are logged with a reason and timestamp and reviewed by administrators after the exam.
Given the above, if you have not been shortlisted and you can see Application under review on your dashboard, keep checking. You might still be shortlisted as the Shortlisting seems to be conducted in batches.
