A Twitter User In Trouble Over Defamatory Statement Against Governor Nasir Elrufai in a fire incident that occur in Kaduna yesterday where it was reported that the Kaduna state independent electoral commission was on fire.
The twitter user took to his twitter account to share the below information:
"Breaking News: Kaduna state SIECOM office on fire, it will be recalled that LG elections were scheduled to hold on May 12, 2018. This is a clear case of @elrufai's desperation to ensure the elections don't hold."
However, the statement did not go well with the Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai and he decided to take action against the poster. Below is what the governor share on his twitter handle regarding the matter:
