How INEC Aptitude Test Is Conducted (A Case Study Of 2012 Recruitment)

In 2012 After my youth service I was lucky enough to be shortlisted for INEC recruitment Aptitude test after a rigorous application process. The 2012 Aptitude test was conducted in the 6 geo-political zone (six exam centre across the Country) and my exam centre falls in Bayero university kano state which was the exam center for the North west candidates.

The exam conducted was a written test which compresses of objective questions and few easy questions. And the questions asked were from general knowledge, current Affairs, reading comprehensive and numerical/quantitative Aptitude test questions.

Applicants were asked to come along with writing materia such as pencil, Biro, cleaner etc. Since the exam center were in six location nationwide, Applicants who reside far away from their exam centre had to leave a day before the exam to their center.

However, with the advent of the computer base test (CBT) which most organization has adopted to conduct Aptitude test for applicants. Inec may decide to conduct this year recruitment Aptitude test exercise using the computer based test to select their prefer candidate so if you applied for the INEC 2020 Recruitment exercise, put it at the back of your mind that the test might be a written test or computer based.

I also think that it is very important that you start preparing for the Aptitude test ahead of time with Inec sample exam past question and answer. You can get a copy of the INEC past question and answer specifically compiled for you to succeed in your exam.
